At the meeting, Beal identified himself as a Bastrop council member, but he didn’t mention that he is also a groundwater developer. Oops -- pay wall. I wonder which aquifer he wants to use and where he wants to drill the wells. Mining groundwater usually has a lot of unfortunate consequences.
