The LIVESTRONG Foundation provides free, personalized services to anyone affected by cancer. The Foundation’s Cancer Navigation Center in Austin provides assistance in a variety of categories, such as insurance challenges, fertility preservation, treatment concerns and emotional and peer support. The Cancer Navigation Center is located within the Foundation’s headquarters at 2201 E. 6th St.
In 2012 alone, 15,000 people were assisted using the Foundation’s navigation services in person, online or on the phone.
“I’ll never forget the day that I picked up the phone and called LIVESTRONG,” said Brian Rose, a cancer survivor who utilized the Foundation’s services to determine a financial plan following his diagnosis.
