You may have heard the PUD being proposed in Northwest Austin.
But did you know that it will dump 21,000 more cars on our streets, and will compound the traffic issues along Spicewoods Springs, Anderson, and Mopac?
Did you know that the schools in the area are already very overcrowded and that this PUD is going to mean higher taxes b build more schools?
Did you know that the developer is from Dallas, and that if they are granted a PUD, then this developer will have blanket authority to go forward with their plan, without having to have further meetings with nearby neighborhoods?
