The applicant agreed he would not request any additional postponement at the September 15th meeting.
Many District 10 constituents continue to express their thoughts to Council Member Gallo about the Austin Oaks PUD proposal and she would like you to know that she appreciates every comment. As a resident of Northwest Hills for more than 30 years, Council Member Gallo agrees with the concerns of her neighborhood as we continue to discuss and debate this proposed development and how it impacts our community.
At this time, Council Member Gallo does NOT support the proposed Austin Oaks zoning change from the existing zoning to a PUD zoning and will not support a zoning change unless the Northwest Hills neighborhoods agree to a plan within the PUD that they feel is better for the community than what could be developed within the existing zoning.
Over the past six months, our District 10 Office has participated in multiple meetings with neighbors, neighborhood associations and the owner's representative, the Drenner Group. Click here to see a list of those meetings.
