Blackland Community Development Corporation (BCDC) is a non-profit organization that offers affordable housing for low-income households, accessible housing for low-income people with disabilities, and transitional housing for homeless families. Applications for affordable housing are considered on a first-come-first-serve basis. BCDC is an Equal Opportunity Housing Provider.
