The Office of the City Auditor is conducting an audit of the City of Austin’s Neighborhood Assistance Center (NAC). Specifically, we want to determine whether the NAC is fulfilling its mission to promote the transparency of and facilitate the engagement of neighborhood organizations in the City’s planning and development review processes.
